CLARA ANNALIE STARKELL Clayton, Kerry and big sister Kenleigh are thrilled to announce the arrival of Clara born at St. Boniface Hospital on October 20, 2013. She weighed 7lbs 3oz and 19 inches long. Clara is welcomed with love by proud grandparents Conrad and Kimberly Starkell and Gerald and Karen Freund. We love you so much!!
