POPE - SHIRTLIFFE Richard and Connie Pope are extremely pleased to announce the engagement of their youngest daughter Melissa Anne Pope to Paul Allan Shirtliffe, son of Lee and Lydia Shirtliffe. A wedding and reception will be held at the St. Charles Country Club in the fall of 2014.
