MOFFATT With hearts full of joy and love, big sister Elizabeth and proud parents Hayley and Dana Moffatt welcomed the safe arrival of their precious baby girl Hannah Isabelle born July 20, 2013, 9 lbs 2 ounces 20 inches. Proud grandparents are Bruce and Wendy Menzies of Neepawa, Manitoba and Dr. Mike and Sharon Moffatt of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
