Born during the turmoil of the Winnipeg General Strike, when the papers were not publishing full editions, there was no chance to announce her arrival to the world. Today, we honour Jocelyn McWilliams Lemon, mother of four, grandmother of five, and great-grandmother of five, on the 98th anniversary of her birth.
